E-Learning Course
This course was built as a final assignment for a class I took as part of my Master's Degree program. I chose to create a course specifically for those in client-facing roles to help them better manage their time and proritize tasks using Stephen Covey's Time Management Matrix. For this course, I used Articulate RISE 360, as well as Camtasia for video production and Canva to design the embedded job aid. I utilized a design document and storyboard to design this module. You can find links to those documents below!
Onboarding Program Design
This video was developed to introduce an onboarding program I designed with stakeholder and SME input to new hires. I think it displays my work really well (I have blurred some parts to protect confidentiality)! This program was designed for a specific department with role-specific new hire training content. All content was created by either myself or a teammate and was housed in our LMS, Showpad Coach. Training content was organized into Learning Maps by high-level topic, which were displayed on our company intranet, Communifire (I built all pages displayed in the video and created all images). A multitude of tools were utilized to create this program, including e-learning tools like Articulate 360 (RISE, Storyline, etc.), Microsoft programs like PowerPoint and Word, design tools like Canva, and video tools like PowToon and Camtasia. In addition to this, formal skill checks, or evaluations, were designed to be administered three times during onboarding to serve as milestones.
Animated Microlearning Video
This microlearning video was created in PowToon as part of a larger training program outlining a new process for transmitting client data. This video introduced a department to the concept of FTP or File Transfer Protocol. I utilized voice-over technology as well as music, text, and images to keep it engaging.

Infographic / Job Aid
This infographic was created using Canva as part of a training program designed to teach a department how to most effectively demo a new online tool with clients. It uses text and images on a single page to help learners remember best practices learned in training. In practice, this infographic was printed and laminated for learners to keep at their desks.
Gamification
This video was the introduction to an Escape Room activity I created as part of a workshop designed to teach a department how to use a new survey authoring tool. I designed this video and the instructions linked below, as well as eight separate activities learners had to complete in order to obtain clues to solve the final puzzle. These activities included creating QR codes of images, a puzzle for teams to complete, a set of practice exercises in the tool for them to complete with SMEs helping to facilitate the exercise, and more!
Video Production & Editing
The YouTube channel linked below demonstrates my video production and editing skills. This channel and all videos were created for a final assignment for a class I took as part of my Master's Degree program. They are intended for an audience of "accidental trainers" or those who find themselves needing to create or facilitate training without a formal Learning and Development background - which is how I started out in my career! The videos were created using Camtasia and cover fun and informative topics ranging from fun and easy tools to create training, to tips for keeping an audience engaged.
