2022 - Present | Director, Training and Development | Medically Home

At Medically Home, I started in 2022 as the Manager of Instructional Design and Facilitation. My role was to build and lead a team of learning professionals who could support not only our health system partners (customers), but also our third-party home care service providers and internal colleagues as well! In 2023, I was promoted to a director position after a year of building my team's vision, strategy, approach and standard work, in addition to designing, developing, facilitating, evaluating and maintaining content for the onboarding of nurses, physicians, coordinators, and service provider partners to work in Hospital at Home programs. I've built an incredible team of seasoned professionals who with my support and guidance have allowed us to grow and scale our educational offerings to include a comprehensive onboarding program for our Medically Home colleagues and greatly enhance our eLearning offerings as well! I'm focused on strategic planning and prioritizing work for our team, while still taking on eLearning projects and customer design work as needed!

2021 - 2022| Client Success Manager | Aunalytics

In this role, I flexed my relationship-building and communication muscles to help onboard strategic Enterprise clients, while helping the teams I work with apply adult learning principles to our work processes. I also designed, planned, and implemented a departmental Knowledge Management strategy, with big plans to scale this structure, to help enhance productivity, growth, and learning.

2016 - 2021 | Talent Development Manager - Engagement | Press Ganey Associates

In this role, I discovered my true passion of helping people learn at work! I designed, developed, facilitated, and maintained 6 role-specific onboarding programs, one of which won an ATD Excellence in Practice award in 2019! I built solid, lasting relationships with stakeholders and worked with them to develop strategic, effective learning solutions. I created and facilitated synchronous (live and virtual) sessions and asynchronous e-learning using a variety of learning theories, design processes, and innovative tools and methods. I created Escape Rooms, gamified learning programs, learning maps, and hundreds of videos (those of which I managed and curated in a You Tube inspired intranet site). I was also responsible for the results of all these learning experiences and utilized Kirkpatrick's Model to help leadership focus on learning, behavior, and ROI/ROE. 

2014 - 2016 | Engagement Regional Service Manager | Press Ganey Associates

This management role was where I really came into my own as a leader! I managed a team of 7 Account Managers who were always new to their roles - my responsibility was to hire new talent, train them on my team, and promote them to work with larger, more strategic clients. To do this, I developed our department's first training curriculum, including formal skill checks for all new hires, and provided coaching and feedback to ensure readiness and accountability to our standards.
